OMAX Precision Waterjet Cutting at EuroBLECH 2026
Experience the OMAX OptiMAX 60X with TiltaJET in person
Dordrecht, The Netherlands —August 27, 2026—INNOMAX AG, the authorized OMAX distributor in Germany, will showcase advanced abrasive waterjet cutting capability at EuroBLECH 2026 with the OMAX OptiMAX® 60X JetMachining Center®equipped with a TiltaJET® taper-eliminating abrasive jet cutting head.
EuroBLECH 2026 takes place October 20-23, 2026, at the Hanover Exhibition Grounds in Germany. Visitors to Hall 12, Stand F48 will see how the OMAX waterjet machine can cut a wide range of materials without heat-affected zones, mechanical stress, or tooling changes while maintaining excellent edge quality. Powered by OMAX IntelliMAX® software, the waterjet cutter helps shops improve precision, programming efficiency, and overall cut quality.
"Manufacturers are looking for greater flexibility, productivity, and part quality," said Sven Anders, Sales and Engineering at INNOMAX AG with 30 years of experience in Waterjet Cutting. "At EuroBLECH, we look forward to demonstrating how OMAX waterjet technology helps manufacturers process a wide range of materials accurately and efficiently, without the thermal distortion associated with many traditional cutting methods."
At the show, visitors will see the OMAX OptiMAX 60X waterjet cutter configured with the TiltaJET cutting head. The OptiMAX 60X provides a 10’ x 5’ 2" (3.04 m x 1.57 m) cutting envelope with ±0.001" (±0.025 mm) linear positional accuracy, ±0.001" (±0.025 mm) repeatability, and ±0.003" (±0.076 mm) ballbar circularity. Those tolerances help make the OMAX waterjet machine a strong fit for shops that need reliable part accuracy across a broad cutting area without adding heat-affected zones or mechanical stress to the material. The system is backed by OMAX IntelliMAX® Premium Software and includes the exclusive IntelliTRAX® abrasive jet linear drive system with real-time, closed-loop positioning feedback.
The TiltaJET cutting head automatically compensates for natural abrasive waterjet taper, helping manufacturers achieve square, taper-free edges while reducing secondary machining. Combined with the OMAX waterjet cutter’s ability to cut virtually any material without heat distortion, abrasive waterjet technology is well suited for sheet metal fabrication, prototyping, short-run production, and high-mix manufacturing environments.
In addition to the OMAX waterjet demonstration, EuroBLECH visitors will be able to see Hypertherm plasma technology in action throughout the exhibition halls. Many Hypertherm Associates OEM and table manufacturer partners are expected to showcase cutting solutions powered by Hypertherm plasma systems, demonstrating a broad range of fabrication technologies for sheet metal manufacturers.
