OMAX Corporation extends the versatility of its innovative Intelli-MAX® Software Suite for OMAX JetMachining® Centers by encouraging third party vendors such as Autodesk and other CAD software suppliers to write software that improves the productivity of OMAX customers and their abrasive waterjet cutting machines.
Intelli-MAX leads the industry in file-format sharing capabilities that includes all major CAD/CAM and artistic drawing programs. Users can import from more than 90 different file formats, including vector graphics, 3D files, raster graphics, CAD files and more. Plus, most third party CAD/CAM and nesting software systems can output directly to the company’s controller software.
Autodesk Fusion 360 brings CAD, CAM, CAE, collaboration and data management together in the cloud, allowing users to work anywhere and with anyone. It is an integrated, connected and accessible platform built for the new ways products are being designed and made.
The latest version of the Fusion 360 includes features that dramatically accelerate and improve product development. The new simulation capabilities allow for analyses to solve for weaknesses in assemblies and help pinpoint flaws sooner in the design process to significantly reduce costly prototypes and time-consuming revisions.
