Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler

Apply comprehensive mechanical/electrical skills in the assembly of standard mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical equipment systems. This includes interpretation of bill of materials, blueprints, pneumatic and hydraulic as well as electrical schematics. Requires knowledge in routing wires, assembles and installing low voltage electrical and electronic components, such as circuit boards, communication (CAT5) and power cables, terminal boxes, main control switch panels, and instrument panels, according to specifications, using hand tools, and other equipment. Vocational or accredited certification within the electrical/mechanical field is preferred. Must have 3-5 years of advanced electro-mechanical assembly experience with an original equipment manufacturer, furnish own tools, routinely lift 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed.

Document all results in a clear, concise and organized manner. Experience with machine tools and CAD/CAM, one-year formal experience with programming language, and proficiency in all operational aspects of Windows XP through Windows 10 is required. Must have experience debugging and testing software, as well as creating, maintaining and translating comprehensive documentation with excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
