Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler
Apply comprehensive mechanical/electrical skills in the assembly of standard mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical equipment systems. This includes interpretation of bill of materials, blueprints, pneumatic and hydraulic as well as electrical schematics. Requires knowledge in routing wires, assembles and installing low voltage electrical and electronic components, such as circuit boards, communication (CAT5) and power cables, terminal boxes, main control switch panels, and instrument panels, according to specifications, using hand tools, and other equipment. Vocational or accredited certification within the electrical/mechanical field is preferred. Must have 3-5 years of advanced electro-mechanical assembly experience with an original equipment manufacturer, furnish own tools, routinely lift 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed.
Field Service Technician (Orlando, Florida)
Install new machines and provide post-installation support services at customer locations world-wide (Road-warrior travel). Must have a 2-year technical school degree or equivalent, 3 years previous experience as a field service technician, a current passport and driver's license, excellent mechanical and electrical control system aptitude, and the ability to routinely lift 75 pounds.
Human Resources Generalist
Assist our HR Manager with a variety of day-to-day HR functions. Apply, monitor and enforce employment laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for providing expertise on laws that impact the company such as EEO, Worker's Compensation, FSLA, OSHA, OWBPA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and other federal, state, or local regulations. Requirements include a minimum of three years' Human Resources experience in a fast paced, high volume, customer focused environment, plus a BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Machinist - 2nd Shift
Perform complex & specialized machining of all metals including polymers while responding appropriately to ensure completion of all products to production, quality and technical specification. Must have a minimum of five years' experience operating CNC equipment (lathe, mill, radial drill, saw, etc.) in the metal machining industry. Must be self-motivated, a strong team player, accept responsibility and accountability and demonstrate flexibility. High school diploma or equivalent with a two-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience. Large milling machine and 4-axis milling experience strongly desired.
Senior Cost Estimator
Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Assess the cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to estimated costs as the project develops. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time and raw material, equipment, and labor expenses. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related job experience required, plus a minimum of five years’ experience as a Senior Cost Estimator for an original equipment manufacturer.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Supervisor
Provide design leadership and supervision to a team of mechanical engineers, designers and drafters working on new product development and sustaining engineering activities for Abrasive Waterjet Machining Systems. Requirements include a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years of relevant work experience, mechanical design and analysis skills including statics, dynamics, and kinematics, strength of materials, stress analysis and FEA. Must have solid experience with motion control, pneumatics and hydraulic systems, and highly proficient in SolidWorks.
Software Tester (Machine)
Operate OMAX abrasive waterjet machines manually testing OMAX software to look for bugs, confusing points, conflicts, and potential problems. Document all results in a clear, concise and organized manner. Experience with machine tools and CAD/CAM, one-year formal experience with programming language, and proficiency in all operational aspects of Windows XP through Windows 10 is required. Must have experience debugging and testing software, as well as creating, maintaining and translating comprehensive documentation with excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
