Customer Service Technician

Provide detailed technical support as required to OMAX customers including but not limited to troubleshooting equipment problems, drawing issues, and complex mechanical/functionality questions regarding OMAX equipment. Requires a minimum of 2 years in a technical support, engineering or technician position and a 2 year technical school degree or greater. Please note that this position requires more than retail customer service experience and does not involve networks, servers or any other IT related tasks.

Duties include applying comprehensive mechanic skills in the assembly of standard mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical equipment systems. Also includes interpretation of bill of materials, blueprints, pneumatic and hydraulic as well as electrical schematics. High School diploma or GED equivalent required, plus 2-3 years mechanical experience with an original equipment manufacturer. Must have a demonstrated ability to read measuring devices, the ability to routinely lift 75 lbs., furnish your own tools and work overtime as needed.

Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, counting and documenting all incoming shipments. Requirements include high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least one-year experience as an inventory or warehouse clerk preferably in an original equipment-manufacturing environment, the ability to operate forklift, basic Kanban principles, and the ability to make arithmetic calculations such as unit of measure conversions.
