Field Service Technician - Asia

Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician located in Asia, preferably Hong Kong. Responsibilities include providing installation, training and field service support for new and existing equipment and follow-up phone support to successfully resolve customer issues. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a local language, computer literate and comfortable working independently. A minimum of a 2 year technology degree or 4 years of machine operation, repairs and troubleshooting experience required. All candidates must live close to a major city/travel hub. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent within Asia and other global destinations supporting customers as required. A valid passport allowing global travel is a requirement.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs., possess strong written and verbal communication skills, computer literate and comfortable working independently. 90% domestic and international travel required. AS in technology is desired or 4 years of machine operation, repairs and troubleshooting experience required.
