Overview

OMAX 80X JetMachining Center

Designed for large scale precision machining of larger parts or multiple parts from stock up to 6'8" x 13'4" (2 m x 4 m).The Model 80X JetMachining Center cuts complex flat parts out of most materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone and composites directly from a CAD drawing or .DXF file. It can also cut extremely hard, reflective and non-conductive materials, making it a valuable addition to existing shop capabilities. No tool changes or complex fixturing reduces setup times and the smooth finish often eliminates the need for secondary machining.

OMAX 80X-1 JetMachining Center

The 80X-1 is our extention line of the 80X designed for large scale precision machining of larger parts or multiple parts from stock up to 6'8" x 20' (2 m x 6 m). The 80X-1 machine dimensions consist of a footprint 337" x 152" (8560 mm x 3861 mm). The work envelope X-Y travel 240" x 80" (6096 mm x 2032 mm) and table size of 259" x 89" (6579 mm x 2261 mm).

Each OMAX JetMachining Center is designed to easily cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone, metal, plastic and glass, to rubber, ceramics and composites. Currently, the most profitable precision applications involve metals such as aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium, all materials commonly used in many engineering applications. With the ability to quickly and accurately machine nearly any two-dimensional shape imaginable in thickness up to 1" (2.5cm) or less than 1" (25 mm), OMAX is a versatile addition to any machine shop.
