Overview
Large scale precision machining: For larger parts or multiple parts from large stock up to 5' x 10' (1.5m x 3m).This Model 60120 JetMachining Center cuts complex flat parts out of most materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone and composites directly from a CAD drawing or DXF file. Extremely hard, reflective and nonconductive materials can also be cut, making it a valuable addition to existing shop capabilities. No tool changes or complex fixturing dramatically reduces setup times and the smooth finish often eliminates the need for secondary machining.

Materials Cut
Each OMAX JetMachining Center is designed to easily cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone, metal, plastic and glass, to rubber, ceramics and composites. Currently, the most profitable precision applications involve metals such as aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium, all materials commonly used in many engineering applications. With the ability to quickly and accurately machine nearly any two-dimensional shape imaginable in thickness up to 1" (2.5cm) or less than 1" (25 mm), OMAX is a versatile addition to any machine shop.
