Overview

Quick turnaround for the general machine shop: Precision machining of small to medium-sized parts. The Model 2652 JetMachining Center cuts complex flat parts out of most materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics and composites directly from a CAD drawing or .DXF file. It is ideal for short-run part production, just-in-time manufacturing, tooling and prototype part development. No tool changes or complex fixturing reduces set-up times by at least 50%.

Each OMAX JetMachining Center is designed to easily cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone, metal, plastic and glass, to rubber, ceramics and composites. Currently, the most profitable precision applications involve metals such as aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium, all materials commonly used in many engineering applications. With the ability to quickly and accurately machine nearly any two-dimensional shape imaginable in thickness up to 1" (2.5cm) or less than 1" (25 mm), OMAX is a versatile addition to any machine shop.
