Adjustable Dump Orifice


No more changing the dump valve orifice! The Adjustable Dump Orifice (ADO) offers an alternative to the fixed, replaceable dump valve orifice. It eliminates the complicated process of switching dump valve orifices when changing nozzles or nozzle orifice sizes. The ADO allows you to simply dial in the dump valve pressure to match the nozzle pressure using an easy-to-turn pressure adjustment knob.

  • Equalizes the dump valve pressure with the nozzle pressure within ± 1,000 psi
  • Eliminates downtime associated with changing dump valve jewels
  • Easy to retrofit, operate, and maintain
