Welcome to the OMAX and MAXIEM Holiday Ornament Contest – Calling all owners, material handlers, and machine operators! We want you to create a cool holiday ornament. It is a great way to show off your nice work and a chance to win a Kindle Fire.

Submission Dates: December 1, 2011 - December 30, 2011
Voting Dates: January 1st, 2012 - January 31st, 2012
The Final Winner will be announced on January 31st, 2012

How to Submit an Entry:

Visit www.facebook.com/OMAXCorporation and post your version of an ornament for the holidays. If you do not have an account or access to Facebook, simply email/mail your entry to facebook@omax.com or 21409 72nd Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032.

Rules & Eligibility:

1. Ornaments must be posted in an image format to our Facebook contest page.
2. Only entries cut from an OMAX or MAXIEM waterjet by machine operators, programmers, and owners will be accepted.
3. Parts being cut need to be originals and not reproductions of other company products.
4. Submissions will be accepted from December 1st through the 30th.

Voting & Judging:

The winner will be selected based on the most "likes" on Facebook. A great way to get more votes might be to invite as many friends you know to vote for your ornament! Voting starts from January 1st, 2012 and ends on January 31st, 2012.

Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to the rules stated, and all images/videos uploaded allows OMAX all rights for using the information for advertising, web, print or other media marketing and advertising along with name and company usage information related to the images.

Winners will be selected and contacted (by method offered).
