OMAX has developed a new Solids Removal System for Models 2626, 2652 55100, and 80160.
This unit reduces the need to shut down the system to clean out the garnet from the tank. The garnet is removed from the catcher tank and deposited into a hopper. Clean water from the hopper flows back to the tank without the use of a pump (gravity return).
Standard Features
The Solids Removal System comes complete with:
- 3/4 yard (0.7 m) hopper which includes liner for ease of dumping
garnet from hopper
- System drive, 1⁄2 hp (0.4 kW) motor
- Stainless steel construction on external portion of suction line
- Suction line flushing feature
- UL compliance
- GFCI protection in control box
- Garnet removal rate as high as 5.6 lbs/min (2.5 kg/min)
- Easier clean-up—eliminates the need to shut down the system
to clean the garnet from the tank
- Minimal floor space utilization, 21 sq. ft. (2.0 m2)
- Standard wall outlet for electrical supply
- Low energy use

- Steel shield protects suction line from being damaged during part
